Complaints Policy We aim to provide the highest quality CAD designs, but if you are not satisfied with our service, we want to hear from you.
Contact Us: Please email admin@i3d.ltd with the case reference number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
Resolution: We will work with you to rectify any design errors immediately.
Escalation: If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can contact the Dental Complaints Service (for private work) or the General Dental Council.
