2. Data We Collect

As a dental CAD design service, we process:

• Client Data: Name, business address, GDC number, and contact details of prescribing dentists or lab owners.

• Patient Data: Digital impressions (STLs), scans, and prescriptions. Note: We process this data as a Data Processor on behalf of the prescribing clinician (the Data Controller).

3. How We Use Data

We use this information solely to:

• Provide custom-made digital dental design services.

• Maintain clinical traceability and comply with GDC professional standards for dental record-keeping.

• Communicate regarding orders and technical specifications.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including the use of encrypted file transfer platforms (WeTransfer / Google Workspace) and secure, restricted-access storage.

5. Data Retention

In accordance with GDC guidelines and dental-legal recommendations, clinical design files are retained for a minimum of 11 years (or until the age of 25 for minors) to ensure traceability for the prescribing clinician.
